An unserer Schule werden verschiedene digitale Anwendungen eingesetzt, um Unterricht, Kommunikation, Organisation und individuelles Lernen zu unterstützen.
Der Einsatz dieser Anwendungen erfolgt unter Beachtung der geltenden datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen, insbesondere der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO), des Niedersächsischen Schulgesetzes (NSchG) sowie weiterer einschlägiger datenschutzrechtlicher Vorschriften.
Bei der Auswahl der eingesetzten Dienste achten wir auf eine datenschutzkonforme Nutzung sowie auf eine möglichst datensparsame Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten. Soweit möglich, werden Anwendungen über schulische Accounts oder innerhalb geschützter schulischer Systeme genutzt.
Die Nutzung einzelner Anwendungen kann je nach Unterrichtsfach, Klassenstufe oder pädagogischem Konzept variieren. In einigen Fällen erfolgt die Nutzung ausschließlich freiwillig oder ohne Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten.
